15-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at ke20050322@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after the 15-day window, will not be accepted.
